Amy's helping hands provided excellent care to me and my mother. The set up of service was seamless. All providers were hand selected to best meet my mothers needs. Scheduling was well communicated and pricing was fair. Never did we have an issue with care not arriving and communication was always excellent. The caregivers that came were patient and kind. Some bringing homemade food at times or helping my mother to figure out how to use an Alexa when she couldn't easily get to the radio/lights. I highly recommend the service.
Every one from case manager Samantha to scheduling staff Trinity and Jayden to the wonderful PSW's Mary, Sue and Paris's have been nothing but efficient, supportive, kind and caring. They have understood and accommodated our mother's needs. Shared their expertise and made our experience extremely positive
