Amy’s Helping Hands is an amazing organization that put your family’s care at the forefront of what they do. They’re always prompt to work with you and find the best solutions of care and each caregiver they sent in to see my mother was delightful and caring. My mom has been raving about their quality of service and care from day 1.

The service I used was their bedside care which is very much needed with the amount of issues there are with our local hospitals in Windsor. I needed an extra pair of eyes and advocacy to ensure my mom was being taken care of properly. And Amy’s did just that and beyond. From the very first phone call, the team at Amy’s Helping Hands was incredibly helpful and compassionate. They conducted a thorough intake meeting to ensure they matched us with a PSW who would be a perfect fit for our family—and they absolutely delivered.
Almaz was truly an angel. The care, kindness, and support she provided to our loved one during one of the most challenging times in her life was beyond compare. Her presence brought comfort and peace when we needed it most.
The scheduling team was also amazing—always flexible and accommodating with any adjustments we needed. We genuinely couldn’t have made it through without their support.
