My wife, sister and I were in town for the holidays last month and dropped in for a Workout of the Day. Lexi and our workout mates were all very welcoming and encouraging as we got into the rhythm of the program. It was a great antidote to our holiday eating :) We're keen to drop in again next time in the Windsor area.

A positive environment where your physical abilities are tested within yourself. I thoroughly enjoy participating in all the classes and love the challenge of the workouts. The coaches are knowledgeable and want what is best for you. They push and guide you to success.

Stephanie did an amazing job today with a large class. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She corrected class members as needed and gave encouragement to all. Stephanie is one of my all time favourite CrossFit coaches!!!! Thx Stephanie!!!!
