Stouffville Toyota

This is the third car I have leased with Toyota but the first car I have lease with at Stouffville Toyota location. Never have I had a worse experience in leasing a car. The negligence I experience from Harrison and Lloyd in particular is upsetting. Other locations have provided much more attentive service.

I picked up my car from Stouffville Toyota during Labour Day week, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Since then, I’ve continued to receive excellent customer service every time I’ve visited or had questions.

Please don’t go to this branch for oil change service they are cheating! He said oil change service done but when I do next service oil is tooo Black! I didn’t see like this before
