I went into the Rogers store on Saturday and I was ready to cancel my services because I was having issues with multiple lines. Varuunan took the time to look into everything and got all my lines sorted out. He was patient, helpful, and really knew what he was doing.

They went above and beyond helping me set up my new phone, packaging my old one, and guiding me through everything step by step. As someone a bit old-school with technology, I really appreciated how patient and reassuring they were.
They were incredibly personable and made me feel more like family than a customer. They also helped with my screen protector and watch setup, making the whole process seamless.
