Munique Brows Studio & Academy
“I cannot recommend Jen at Munique Brows enough! Not only is her work amazing, but her customer service is truly on another level.
I recently had to cancel my brow touch-up last minute because I woke up extremely sick. Jen was incredibly understanding and kind from the very first message. She immediately reassured me and even waived the rescheduling fee due to my illness, which I appreciated so much. She kept checking in on how I was feeling, worked around my symptoms, and helped me find a new appointment date that was safe and comfortable for both of us.
She was so patient, accommodating, and genuinely caring the entire time — something you don’t often find in the beauty industry. Even when her schedule changed, she made sure to offer me alternate times that worked for me.
Jen is not only talented at what she does, but she treats her clients with real compassion and professionalism. I’m so grateful for how she handled everything, and I’ll be a forever client because of it.
If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, look no further. Thank you, Jen! ?✨”
