I recently had to cancel my brow touch-up last minute because I woke up extremely sick. Jen was incredibly understanding and kind from the very first message. She immediately reassured me and even waived the rescheduling fee due to my illness, which I appreciated so much. She kept checking in on how I was feeling, worked around my symptoms, and helped me find a new appointment date that was safe and comfortable for both of us.

The course was extremely informative and packed with real value. The online theory helped me build a strong foundation, and the in-person training was even better very hands-on, detailed, and loads of support. Mei is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her students’ success.

Mei is so great at what she does! She takes the time to understand your individual wants and needs, and tailors her work to suit your lifestyle. Her attention to detail results in perfect brows. I originally had my brows done somewhere else, and I was not happy with the service or the end results because they didn't take the time to listen to my needs and to what I wanted. Mei was the complete opposite. She listened to what I wanted, and she showed that she really cares about making me happy. I am so happy with what I got with Mei, especially after my negative experience somewhere else.
