I met Joanne by looking up where I can purchase Jane Iredale products as I’m new to the area, and use clean makeup. This line is incredible. I called and she informed me how it’s best to make an appointment then she can give one on one service. So I made an appointment and came in. Her customer service is over and above. She’s very knowledgable and a make-up artist as well. She provided one on one service in helping me pick out an eyeshadow and lipstick. She tried them on me so I could see and even taught me how to use the makeup and put it on. She also made other recommendations as well and wrote those into a file she created for me.

I moved to Stouffville last year and have been searching for a new place to get a facial. Jo is amazing. I am so happy I found her. If you are looking for the personal touch and a really personalized approach this place is for you! After only one time I already see a difference in my face. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back! Thank you Jo!
