“What started out as a small drip in the laundry room soon turned into heavy dripping in 4 rooms. At that point we decided time to call insurance who in turn called Winmar. I had a call and subsequent visit from Bob the project manager within hours and the process began. Everyone that came to our home (and there were many) were polite and knew what they were doing and did it very well. We especially appreciated the knowledge and work ethic of Nick who spent the best part of 2 weeks in and out of the home, doing the repairs. He kept us informed of what and why he was doing. The place looked excellent each night as he cleaned up everything before he left and hauled all the mess with him. Can't say enough about all employees of Winmar we dealt with as all were very professional. In reality I hope not to deal with them again but if the unexpected happens I hope the insurance company is still using them.“
