With its efficient check-in process, clean facilities, and attentive service, Thermëa spa village ensures a memorable visit for all its guests. However, some reviews note that treatments can be overpriced, and occasional noise from nearby areas may detract from the relaxation.
I visited the Spa with my daughter. The facilities were great, the restaurant food was great and we enjoyed our Spa treatments. I did find the “greeters” at the self check in station, were not that friendly nor helpful. People are spending a lot of money and I feel they could go a bit more out of their way for customers. Also, the parking lot had major potholes and many cars were swerving to avoid. The billing is a bit confusing as well. Overall, a great experience though.
Thermea was such a pleasant surprise. The change rooms and washrooms are clean. The saunas are all great! and so are the pools.
Our recommendations:
1. First timers? Get a quick orientation.
2. Classic Aufguss Ritual (Great job Ryan!)
3. The Cold Plunge (The horseshoe one)
4. The Kalla Treatment
Our things to remember for the next visit:
1. A tiny bag to make hanging of things easier when going into saunas.
2. A book for rest times.
3. Bring a light beanie (if your head gets cold)
What a great way to get away while staying close to home ❤️
📌 Special Note: Quick Tips to Maximize Your Comfort
1) Bring electrolytes and a metal water bottle (glass bottles not allowed).
2)Carry light snacks (granola/energy bars or light sandwiches - not strong odor). The experience is tiring and food inside is overpriced.
3)Bring an extra swimsuit if doing the Rhassoul—mud gets messy.
4) Follow the thermal cycle: sauna → cold plunge → rest (new lounge areas are excellent specially the tent one.)
5) Check Loggä ritual times first; a gong rings 10 & 5 minutes before rituals.
6) Wear a watch to keep track of time and your cycles. Only few clicks are located.
7) fresh towels...read full review
