What a breath of fresh air! The customer service was awesome and I even came back the next day and bought a new frame for my broken set. The manager and the staff were simply wonderful. Never going to the HAK place again!!

My experience here was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help me with getting the right glasses for my mother who has dementia. Because of their amazing service, which required a lot of patience, I will be bringing all my future business here.

I had the best experience here today, everyone was so kind, pleasant, friendly and helpful. From Dr. Printer I had a thorough exam, ensuring all Covid protocols were in place and the ladies helped me choose a gorgeous pair of frames and assisted me in my choice of transitions etc. I recommend them very highly.
