It is a rare but welcome experience when a business treats you more like FAMILY than a customer. That's my experience here! Amy and the amazing staff at New Vision Optical are so attentive, patient and honest in outfitting you with the perfect glasses. I am so grateful for their expertise and, since discovering them, would never go anywhere else! So proud to support a local and family run business in our community.

As always, very professional and friendly service. All the staff there is amazing! Amy helped us pick out beautiful, stylish frames for both of us. They have a great selection!

Phenomenal experience. Learned great insight from Dr. Carmen Ou. Check in via Julia (whose eyebrows were on point btw!) was seamless from start to end. The Double AA's, Ms Annika and Ms Amy, experience is exactly as all the other great reviews state. Secured my first designer sunglasses ever in 51 years, via their Top Tier eye for style advice!

From New Vision Optical Inc

We provide Prescription Eyewear, Sunglasses and Contact Lenses from Top Brands. We have a on-site Optometrist. Appointments can be made online on our website or by phone. Our Optometrist will bill OHIP as well as insurance companies, where possible. Customers under 20 and over 65 are covered through OHIP for a yearly eye exam. If you have an insurance company that allows electronic assignment of benefits to an Optical, we will process your claim for you.. Our on-site lab offers micro welding for gold, silver, titanium and metal frame repairs.
