I had my first ever facial with Emily at The Facial Place. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable.The facial itself was heavenly! With the soft scents floating in the air, the relaxing music and the heated bed, I had to work to stay awake. My skin felt alive.I had lots of questions about my skincare routine (or lack thereof) and Emily answered each of them patiently, with information catered to my skin and circumstances.Without the dreaded sales pitch that makes you want to run, I was given the information I needed to decide on an appropriate skincare regimen. I have been going to the Facial Place for a while now and absolutely love it! The knowledge and expertise that Nina has is incredible, and she has really helped transform my skin! I could not recommend going here more, as its a wonderful place with amazing staff!

I recently had a facial by Emily and the experience was terrific! Emily is very knowledgeable in skin care and gave me a facial that was suitable for my skin type. It was relaxing and the atmosphere was nice. The products that Emily recommended and I purchased, with no pressure, work great! The ladies at the front reception were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the Facial Place. A great little gem in downtown Whitby. I will be returning in the near future!
