Recently came down to a hockey tourny from 7hrs away. We lost the heat in our 2024 Atlas. Took it in on the Friday afternoon not knowing if anything could be done on such short notice. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech confirm the blower fan died. They were able to get the part overnight and got the vehicle in the next day (Saturday). Rebecca was kind enough to get me a Uber ride to the hotel, then pick me back up. Customer service was great.
