North Whitby Physiotherapy has a very great team. Alice, the coordinator is very supportive, respectful and so responsive.
Physiotherapist, Kevin is very knowledgeable detailed, and highly skilled Physiotherapist.
It was my first experience in my life having physiotherapy, and prior to this I did not think if any issues can be resolved through physiotherapy. However, Kevin changed my mind totally.
I had issues with my right hip and was difficult for me to walk and even sleeping on my right side without pain. Kevin very quickly was able to help me to overcome the pain by relieving muscle soreness and help me to walk very comfortably.... read full review

Starting with the reception and customer service representatives, Faith is amazing, she genuinely cares and will make sure to accommodate for emergencies. My daughter had a frozen neck mid exam season and Faith was able to schedule physiotherapy and massage therapy same week.
I got massage therapy from Bill, different style from previous experiences, not sure how it is called but I liked it and worked releasing pressure.
Also, myself and my daughter got physiotherapy from Priya, she is knowledgeable and will work with you the full session. They really deserve a 5 star review!!
