Absolutely impressed with the service I received! From start to finish, Mint Roofing exceeded my expectations. After being recommended by several people, I reached out for a roof "tune-up," and it’s easy to see why they come highly recommended. The owner, Chris Knott, personally called me the same day I submitted my request. Shortly after, I was contacted by a project manager, and within 24 hours, two team members, Justin and Damien, were on-site. Both were professional, courteous, and reassured me that they would take the best care of our roof.
They worked diligently for about four hours, addressing every detail, no matter how small. From replacing and re-gluing loose shingles to fixing nail pops, they ensured everything was flawless. They even took over 50 photos, including before and after shots, which clearly demonstrated the remarkable transformation. The detailed report they provided is not only a great reference but also a valuable resource for insurance purposes.
