The doctors at this clinic are great, but unfortunately the front desk staff completely ruin the experience. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional phones are rarely answered, voicemails are not returned, and I have personally seen the phone unplugged to avoid calls. I've also had calls disconnected mid-conversation.
Despite this lack of communication, patients are still charged a no-show fee, which feels very unfair when it's nearly impossible to reach the office. The doctors deserve better support from their front desk team as do patients.

Idk how Dr. Te is a licensed doctor. Dr. Te has been nothing but trouble for my gf. She never answers the phone, is always on vacation, is always late to send prescriptions and her staff is nothing but rude. She is very dismissive and never seems to actually listen to what her patient has to say.

Amazing experience every visit! Specially with my family doctor Dr Nookala.The receptionists are kind, efficient, and always greet you with a smile. The doctor is professional and truly cares about patients and their concerns. This office deserves every bit of a 5-star rating.

Not sure why doctors go on vacation and leave their patients stranded without medication refills for daily needed medications. This has happened multiple times and I have had to wait weeks for a refill, screwing up my own health due to doctors lack of care. Receptionists are also very short and ignorant. They need to start putting their patients health and well-being first.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nookala for several years and she has been wonderful! She always takes the time to listen and is very caring! The staff are always pleasant and helpful and I appreciate them. I feel very lucky and grateful.

Rude, disorganized, and quick to blame patients for their own mistakes
I don’t post negative reviews, but this clinic’s front desk has pushed me to it. Every time we book by phone, the receptionist confidently repeats the date and time—and I double‑confirm before hanging up. Then my mom drives over an hour to the office, only to be greeted by eye‑rolling staff who curtly insist the appointment is actually scheduled for the following week.
The rudeness and dismissiveness kick in. Instead of apologizing or offering any solutions, they blame us for their mistakes and act like it’s no big deal. The response is always cold and unhelpful, and we’re made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up when they told us to.
