I requested my exterior faucet to be replaced with another style type unit which does not have the tough tightness the old one had on turning the handle, plus the old one leaked water with dripping. Kaden Mctague from Marco Plumbing came to my home and the matter was resolved quickly with understanding my requirement for a different type. My wife hated the old unit. Plumber arrived the same day (Saturday evening) for a plumbing emergency. He showed us the issue, offered solutions and in no way pressured us for the repair. He was prompt, courteous, and respectful of our home. He also educated us in ways to prevent future issues.
