Great selection of machines and free weights.They have two of most of the equipment so you are not waiting. Changing rooms are clean and tidy with plenty of lockers. Excellent support and advice from Richard and the team at La Fitness Whitby.

Please consider acquiring an ez-curl attachment for the cable machines to make workouts even better.

The Whitby location is a very organized and clean location. All the staff are very helpful, especially Miranda who was able to retrieve and print off some LA Fitness membership documents for me.
