They were very professional, kind, and thorough. Took time to explain how to get best air flow throughout the whole house. Made sure there was no air leaking from the ducts by taping all weak spots. Great service!
Very happy with service. Knowledgeable technicians who did a thorough job, explained procedure prior and during actual cleaning, went over pricing prior to starting work, answered questions and educated regarding duct/furnace operations.

Overall: Have used Diamond/Prestige in the past. Work is comparable but pricing/ability to educate, answer questions is better. Would go with this company again.
Highly professional and highly trained team. They had sent me reminder about my appointment 3 days earlier and then on the day of appointment, they had been in constant communication on their expected arrival and what to expect.
Muhammad and Aiman are power duo for sure. Throughout the cleaning, they kept me aware of each step, showed me through snake camera how the duct was before and after, answered my unlimited questions and had been nothing but polite, patient, yet very timely.
Extremely satisfied and highly recommended. These guys know how to go above and beyond.
