I was referred to Doug from a colleague and reached out to him as our Air Conditioner was tripping the breaker. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised that Doug answered his phone; we had a conversation about the issue and he promptly set up a convenient appointment time for service. Doug was punctual and knowledgeable, evaluating the issue thoroughly and able to uncover the problem quickly. We found him to be honest, reliable and reasonably priced. A true professional!

Called Doug to help after my AC started behaving oddly. He showed up same day and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Doug quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it very quickly at a very fair price. Doug was helpful and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I was happy and that everything worked well.By contrast, I had called one of the larger companies who immediately suggested I needed a salesman and a replacement without even offering any alternatives. Doug was recommended too me a few years back when I was living in Brooklyn. Not only did he fix my problem but he saved me from unnecessarily replacing my furnace. His $400 bill for a part was better than the $8,000 solution offered by two other local firms.Same thing a year later when my HVAC stopped working. It took him less than an hour to work out the issue, order the part and returned the next day to fix it.The man is honest and someone who I trust.
