We contacted DNA for a few plumbing issues in our home with our shower and toilet. Al was great to deal with from the moment we contacted him. He provide clear communication of potential solutions, came when he promised prepared with repair parts. He and his wife who are both very pleasant did their due diligence when they arrived and provided solutions with our interests in mind instead of ramping up the price and throwing unnecessary parts. We were very pleased with our experience and know DNA will be our first point of contact for any assistance in our home. Thank you both again for everything.

Al recently completed an upgrade to our 2nd bathroom. He did a great job, made good recommendations, provided the supplies and finished the job by the promised date. The area was pristenely clean when they left.
This was not the 1st work he has done for us and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!
