Called today to find out if I could just pay the charges instead of the whole loan because I didn't get enough on my pay to cover the whole loan, the guy over the phone asked my name and I gave him my name then they hung up the phone on me very unprofessional
If I could rate this so called business negative stars I would, firstly, they didn’t take the money out of my account when they said they would, they claimed they had banking problems, then they illegally went into my account and took nearly double of what I owed, I was threatened and called names by some random employee, I have never had such a bad experience from any business, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of the “cash hut”
Don’t go to this branch! The employee (Shiva B) who is a mainstay, doesn’t know anything about customer service at all! I went there to send money abroad and I didn’t know that you can send it either through RIA or Western Union. Shiva automatically sent it through RIA without asking me, and it was supposed to be through Western Union. I kindly said the reason why the transaction became a problem is due to the fact that he didn’t ask me if it was through RIA or WU; which makes sense because it is his job to ask the customer and to NOT ASSUME and decide for himself. Firstly, he already made a mistake in spelling the receiver’s name, which took time to change; and instead of apologizing for both mistakes, he was incredibly rude and told me that it’s my fault for disturbing him because he’s busy. Excuse me, that’s your job- you’re supposed to attend to your customers needs! Then, he turned off the lights and went into the backroom and told me to never come back ever again. I asked for his manager’s name and contact information, but he said to just find it on the internet, which obviously is hard to find because of confidentiality. He shouldn’t be representing the company because he’s rude, slow, incompetent, has too much pride wherein he cannot apologize and admit his mistakes and doesn’t treat customers with respect. I’m never going back to this branch because of the poor treatment and disrespect that I received!Side note: There’s a woman who may or may not work there anymore. She was very kind and respectful. If someone should represent the company, it should be her and NOT Shiva!
