This is not about the support staff - they clearly try their hardest in earnest. I also recognize that the Canadian healthcare system, like many things, has changed to meet the new reality. I therefore did not expect to enjoy the same cordial relationship I once had with my long-term physician, who retired last year.

That said, after waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room, being ushered in only to see a confrontational, imperious, and dismissive Dr. McAllister was not helpful. This place has gone down hill after the change from Brooklin Medical centre to this Well Health Medical. I live at the lake and could and have done & Have drove there faster to make an appointment than to wait on the phone, also I can't book online as it tells me I already have a uncomming appt-( That I do not have) This place needs help, I feel sorry for the elderly people trying to navigate this broken system! My Dr is amazing she is the only reason I'm still there!

Trying to get through via phone takes at least 20 minutes if you even get through. Sometimes you are waiting 15 to 20 mins than just sent to voicemail. They claim to have an online booking system but there is never a schedule available to do so. Not the clinic for you if you do not have a lot of time in your hands.
