I have been a patient at Brooklin medical for over ten years and my partner has been a patient over 30. We used to have Dr. Derrick and now see Dr Lam. We can’t say enough good things about the attention and care our entire family has received from all staff at this clinic, including the reception and desk staff. Even when the call wait times are long, or I leave a message, there is always a courteous follow-up. We have accessed the nurse practitioner and vaccine clinic on multiple occasions. I’ve been coming here for many years and while I’ve been happy with my specific doctor, every other aspect of this place is less than desirable. It’s next to impossible to get through on the phone, the waiting room times for the nurse practitioner and specialist I’ve seen here were unnecessarily long. The waiting room is very shabby and the nurse I spoke to on the phone recorded incorrect information in my file because she needs to work on her listening skills. Now that’s it’s been bought out by Well Health I’m expecting it’s going to be run like a corporation and things will only get worse.

Emily the receptionist has always been very helpful and is very accommodating and friendly. Can't say enough about Dr. Roya Firouzabadi...very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough!
