My boyfriend and I absolutely love the vibe of Black Heart Tattoos, anytime we go in everyone is happy and pleasant. We feel very welcomed and accepted and that it's a great safe space for us.
The Black Heart crew always takes their time explaining things to us whether its about a tattoo or piercing.
They make sure to show us that everything is brand new and unopened before they proceed to tattoo or pierce us.

My sister and I checked out the tattoo shops in Whitby and decided to get tattooed and pierced at Black Heart Tattoos. Dan did our tattoos and Deejay pierced our forward helix'. Our experience was great from beginning to end.
Initially we decided to get tattooed there as they were the CLEANEST! and the only shop with half walls up around each tattoo station.
We didn't want to be on display to everyone that walked in the front door of the business while we had part of our body exposed during the tattoo.

I got 4 piercings & a tattoo today with Mackenzy and she is absolutely fantastic! The shop was spotless and provided a warm and welcoming environment. Mackenzy showed me all the products she was using, answered my many questions, and provided me with excellent aftercare. I cannot recommend her & Black Heart Tattoos enough, thanks for everything!
