The drain of my water softener kept running, wasting money. Technician came and changed the part at no charge. I just paid for the service call. Technician was very knowledgeable. After only 20 minutes for diagnostic tests, he fixed the problem and explained to me what went wrong to be aware of. Thank you very much Water smart company and technician

Great experience, Paul that initially came out for a service call was awesome to deal with and was great in explaining what would work best to upgrade our water treatment needs.
Scott and his coworker that came out to perform the upgrades a week or so later, were professional and ensured everyone was on the same page. Scott was even able to accommodate a last minute change to the requested work.
Would absolutely recommend the WaterSmart team!
