I found Dr. Ash and his awesome staff when I moved to the area 2 years ago. They were very kind, patient and attentive to detail. Since moving out of the area recently, I have stayed with them because they are awesome!
I took my dad here and they were all very friendly and welcoming. They guided us through out the process and explained everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment here. They even gave my dad a free electric toothbrush for his first visit!
My mom had extreme pain in her tooth. I called Waterloo Dental and they were able to fit us in very quickly. Dr. Ash diagnosed her and explained next steps. My mom suffers a lot of dental anxiety and his calm, reassuring support made her feel comfortable enough to proceed. We appreciated that he actually explained what was going on and what the treatment will accomplish. It's so rare to receive time with any doctor nowadays. She had excellent pain management as Dr. Ash completed the procedure. She was pain-free after that. We're so grateful to find this clinic and doctor when things were tough!
