I joined The Fit Club six weeks ago. This was my first time ever joining a fitness club, and my goals were to increase muscle mass and build strength. The coaches and other members were incredibly welcoming, even though many have been training there for years. By attending group sessions 4 to 5 times a week, I have already seen great improvements in my InBody scan results, including increased lean muscle mass and a lower body fat percentage. I’m heading into week 5 of three days a week semi private training. This is my first experience with strength train in many years and I’m finding my energy and strength already improving. At 62 I thought I would be uncomfortable and not fit into a gym setting, I was wrong it’s a great atmosphere and I’ve had the pleasure of working with 4 different coaches so far and they are amazing!

I decided to join The Fit Club in 2022 to try improve my strength and work through various injuries thanks to a lifetime of desk work. When I started, I could barely do 10 pushups, nevermind burpees! I did the semi private training for a few years plus the nutrition plan for 5 months. I ended up losing over 25 lbs and bringing my body fat down to a respectable number! I am currently 55 and working out 4 times per week at the awesome group classes offered at Fit Club, plus figure skating 4 times per week.
