had a kitchen drain issue the other day called superior to come and look at it. They came and looked at it and the guy told me it would be $1400 to change the drain and the pipe under my sink. I'm on pension. I told him I didn't know where I could come up with that kind of money he didn't care. He said he would charge me 1200 then but that's the best he could do I know plumbers are expensive so I just decided to sign his contract and he said he needed 50% upfront so I gave him an E transfer for $700. I called my Building Manager and told him that these old buildings really suck and that $1400 was a waste of my money he freaked out and said $1400. What are you talking about this job should cost no more than $500 . he has a brother-in-law in Sudbury that's a plumber and he called him and he said I would drive down from Sudbury for $1400. That's being she's being ripped off. So I called the company back cancelled and told them I needed my money back they said oh you signed our contract so that gives us the right to 50% of the $700 you paid us so we'll refund you 350 bucks but that's it. I told him I was on pension and I couldn't afford to lose $350 said I was cancelling because some guy told him it was overpriced and that that had nothing to do with them . Long story I got another plumber in the next day and the job cost less than $200 so definitely do not use these people.

Had issues with leaky shutoff valves and regular faucets in the laundry room – both hot and cold. Brian (plumber) explained why that was happening to us and then fixed the problem in an effective and efficient manner. Brian was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable.
