My phone wouldn't turn on. I didn't know why.
It only took 1 hour to diagnose and fix the problem.
The guy was knowledgeable and efficient.

The charger end for my laptop broke off and half of it was stuck in the laptop. I went to two other places and they said it would take at least two days before they could even look at it. Took it to SimplyFIxIT and they looked at it right away, ordered a new port and charger, called me several times for updates, and I picked it up the next day. Very pleased with the friendly and professional service.
I've had two repairs done here and both were excellent experiences. I got a new battery in my phone and gave them the wrong phone model (my fault) so they ordered the wrong battery. They made sure I got exactly what I needed quickly and at no extra charge. So impressed! Easily a 5 star experience. They will take care of you and your devices! Thank you!
