What a refreshing change in customer service that Reliance tech provided me today. I have a very complicated situation at a rental that I property manage and this gentleman absolutely made it so easy for the Owner and I to get what we needed. You have a great tech on your team thank you so much
The technician was efficient, punctual and polite. He answered all my questions and showed me the defective safety valve. He counselled me to move my carbon monoxide monitor closer to the water heater, which I did. He also double checked the heat setting was not too hot for me.
He was respectful which is important to me as an older woman.

The technician showed up shortly after we called and was very polite. He put down rugs so the floor would not get dirty. He removed the water heater and installed the new one in a very timely manner. He then explained everything he did and asked if we had any questions. He then asked if he could do anything else for us today. He cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to have him in our house again.
