Very friendly place, the people work there because they love it especially in the grooming department. The experience is very personalized. They remember my dog's name even though I didn't take her there for a few months. I hope the people that work there are recognized and well compensated by the company
Friendly staff and decent prices. They have grooming services on site as well. Probably a little larger than the average PetSmart location so they have a little more variety to choose from.
My girls and I visited this location very recently looking to purchase a bird. Olivia, one of the staff, approached us and gave us good advice on her own accord and went to great lengths to make sure we had all the information. What an absolutely delightful woman. I wish more customer service reps were as helpful, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile! Thank you, Olivia.
