We have been going to Columbia Auto ever since we moved to Waterloo. Then we discovered that Columbia Auto had expanded to include Lexington Auto, and that Scott headed the team there (I remember Scott well from when he was at Columbia). We are so impressed with the Lexington shop. Like Columbia, they embrace the values of customer service, timeliness, quality work, and going the extra mile to help you out. I've absolutely shown up out of the blue and said "Scott, can you help me? The car needs the following..." and he has always been accommodating and helpful (although I know he'd probably prefer if everyone just made an appointment so that he can manage the day!)....read full review

I took my car to Lexington Auto to get an issue diagnosed and repairs done. I would describe myself as the exact opposite of a car expert, but Scott and his team took care to answer all of my questions in detail. Thank you to the entire team here, as they put a great deal of thought into providing a delightful service experience both quickly and at a fair price.

I’ve been to many mechanics in the past, happy to say I finally found my go-to mechanic. Scott is so friendly and informative! And They do such a quick and efficient job with fair enough prices. Would definitely recommend this auto-shop
