I've been coming here for some time now and every single time has been excellent service. Just recently Alexa in the service department went way beyond to help me with a sensitive matter dealing with my car. She was incredibly helpful and took every angle to make sure I was getting the best products for my price range. She was incredibly kind, empathetic and went way beyond to make sure I was happy with my decisions. She is just really great person. I've also dealt with Grant when Alexa wasn't available and he was just the same, excellent service and customer service. These people are amazing and I would not go anywhere else for my car needs.

I am super happy with my new car purchase from Forbes Waterloo Toyota. I reside in the GTA but found the best team to be at Forbes Waterloo Toyota. From the moment I spoke to John Leonard I knew he would be my salesman (I spoke to dozens from various dealerships). John was attentive to my needs. If there were questions, he had the answers.
