I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Dawood today at his clinic in Waterloo. I had a skin lesion removed by him. Such a sweet, caring Doctor. I did have to pay for this service but waiting until September for Ohip to pay was not an option for me. He was excellent at explaining this issue with me and had said to come back if there were any problems.

Was able to get an appointment quickly to see Dr. Dawood. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and was efficient with the treatment. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall fabulous experience!
