My Experience with Tim from Hello Nerds was Excellent, i appreciate that, Didn't got my printer going because there is a hardware issue with that, but still the support was excellent.
I really needed to take care of some issues with my printer and my PC. I was very satisfied with the service i received. Victor and Chris and Jack worked so well with me. They were very; patient with me.
The Tech Support Team has been very helpful for the last 2 days. I called Michael B. and left a message. Then James W. called me back and ran adiagnosis on my laptop. The James W. contacted Amelia to assist me yesterday and she has assisted me this afternoon with the laptop/Internet/WiFi/ordering 6 months of free ink for my printer and checking my Webroot security system. They all have been wonderful, especially since I thought someone might have hacked into my system. Thank you and a grade "A"+++++ for a job well done. Happy Holidays to you and stay "safe". M.
