I've been to Grand River Eye Spa for a full session, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience! I had IPL hair removal on my face, and the results are absolutely beautiful! Navpreet is incredibly caring, gentle, and professional. She always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and informed, and her calm, kind approach makes every appointment feel relaxing and personalized.
