Amazing place to workout with a lot of equipments and facilities.
But the best thing about the place is the staff and trainers especially Gitender and Nick who made the on-boarding super smooth. I went to the gym on the last day of promotions with just 15-20 minutes left on the clock to avail it. Nick helped at the desk with form filling and Gitender who had already left after his shift took the trouble of coming back all the way from home since he had the access to the system to enroll me.
The kind and cheerful demeanor really leaves a lasting mark. Thank you..

Drove rather far to work out with my girlfriend who frequently goes to this gym. Got there hoping to use a one time guest pass, and try out the gym that she has spoke so highly of. I was greeted with a passive aggressive worker at the front desk that made me feel stupid for asking about a guest pass. He then proceeded to take me to his desk to try and discuss my βlifestyleβ and my βfitness goalsβ and a whole lot of time-wasting. When I told him that I was not interested in doing a tour and discussing potential personal training, and that I was just trying to see myself around the gym, he essentially told me to get out.
I might've gotten myself a membership if he had not been so hostile and predatory for a βsaleβ. Now I will definitely never give my money to a GoodLife, and will urge my friends to follow suit.
The workers name was Gitesh.

Best Goodlife in the region. The sauna reeks horribly, though.

Came here to sign up for a trial. The counter staff said there arenβt any sales reps in, so I either need to pay $25 for a day pass or go home. He didnβt seem to care at all and wouldnβt even give me 10 seconds of attention (he kept moving around the desk and speaking to me indirectly). Such a strange experience. Havenβt had that kind of interaction in 5 years at my current gym.
EDIT: The manager (Margarida) called me to apologize, said she would revisit their onboarding process, and offered an extended trial. The staff I interacted with today was super friendly. Changing from 1 stars to 5.

I'll be completely honest with you. I signed up on Saturday morning, and later that same evening, which was my first time coming in to start my workout, I arrived with a friend who had only once asked to come along with me. I told him it would be just this one time, and we kindly asked the receptionist to allow him in. However, he embarrassed me by refusing to let anyone in who wasn't a member, even though it was my first day and I had taken the bus for 30 minutes just because I liked this place. After the way the receptionist treated us, I canceled my membership. It was a humiliating experience, and both my friend and I felt embarrassed. It's unfortunate to have been treated this way. Sometimes, in these situations, a bit of flexibility would go a long way, especially considering it was my first day and my friend was enthusiastic about joining as well. In any case, I will never forget this experience.
