Branka at Chatters Conestoga Mall was amazing! She was friendly, personable, and made my appointment so much fun.

One of the best salon experiences I’ve had at Conestoga Mall! As someone with thick Asian hair, it’s often difficult to find a stylist who understands the texture and volume, but they did an amazing job. They listened to exactly what I wanted, worked with my hair type expertly, and delivered a cut that was both flattering and easy to manage. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I left feeling confident and extremely happy with the results. I love my final hair results, Suzan did such a good job, she patiently listened to what I asked for and she definitely delivered it perfectly. She also suggested what would go best with my skin tone I am so happy with the results, I’ll definitely be going back to her.
