They don’t have after sales service. Spare yourself the trouble and buy a Weber. I just cannot find replacements for their rusty BBQ parts. This one will be dumped soon, it does not look bad but due to the rust the parts just does not function properly…this is after a year.Update 22/02: Broil King assisted directly with replacement parts.

I want tothank you for being so patient and helping us move forward to resolution even with the manyloud distractions on our end of the phone. We have 2 Signet 90 BBQ's so obviously we are a happy and committed Broil King customer. Now even more so!
Purchased a BROIL KING BBQ (Model#9312-64). It has served us for many happy family gatherings. 3 burners, and one on the side. Awesome purchase, and made with quality in Waterloo Ontario Canada. Thank you BROIL KING!!
