Broil King Is outstanding across the board. I have owned Broil King grills since first moving to Florida 15 years ago. Their products continue to improve and continue to impress. This grill was purchased a few years ago and gas succumbed to the inevitable... Florida Weather Eats Grills. I called customer service to replace burners that eventually fail simply due to the humidity in Florida.. this is just an automatic event... There is NOTHING a manufacturer can do to prevent it... However, today I learned that their customer service is as exemplary as the grills themselves.... I also learned the warranty is AMAZING. Truly though the customer service was next level. We have three Broil King Regal 420 Barbeques within our family and they have been great units. I am glad to support a company that manufactures it's products here in Canada, (Kitchener/Waterloo), and always recommend the Broil King brand to friends who are looking to purchase a barbeque.
THIS company has excellent customer service. I called today to order a cleaner for the venturi tubes on my Broil King Baron S540 9235-24 purchased in 2018. I had given no thought to a 10 year warranty and the customer service mentioned this. New burners are on the way!! I also ordered some new parts too. Both customer service ladies I spoke with were excellent. Thank you!
