We had Aquascapes install our pool and coordinate fence and landscaping. Build quality is top notch - the stonework around the patio is incredible and the look it 10/10. As with all large projects, things went wrong during installation - a huge storm wiped out the excavation and had to be redone but Mike and the team were on it and kept things moving nicely. The salt water system makes the pool easy to maintain, which is great since I don't have 3 hours a week to balance chemicals and keep the pool clear. Would use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for a turn-key pool solution.

Once again, Aquascapes (Parkside-Waterloo) came to the rescue and were able to service our pool on short notice. Following the massive rainstorm, I was forced to backwash a significant amount of water from the pool. When I went to put the lever (sand filter) back to the pool pump position...the water would not stop flowing from the drain hose. Not good. Call made on Friday afternoon. Service arrived first thing Monday. And while I realize the service may not always be that immediate, I did appreciate the professional, caring and tidy work of the crew that arrived. Called 3 different companies to come try and fix my leak. Each one had a different idea of why it was leaking with big $ for each fix. Aquaecapes fix it in 20 minutes. Their amazing!
