In early January my car was rear ended which made it necessary for me to take my car to a collision centre after reporting the accident to my insurance broker. Luckily I drove to Waterdown Collision on Dundas Street in Hamilton to get an estimate. From the moment I met Romano who accessed the damage and scheduled an appointment to first get a visual inspection and after that, scheduling an appointment to bring my car in to be fixed, the morning came for me to take my car in, I was greeted by friendly staff who had arranged for me to pickup a rental car from their lot rather than to have to be driven to the rental car company. Brandon was amazing. He contacted my insurance company with all the details to ensure I received the full compensation for my car repairs. When I arrived at Waterdown Collision, my rental car was ready for me. The repair was completed in the time I was given. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it looked brand new inside and out.
