I worked with Dan this morning in co-operation with VoIP Much to resolve a SIP Trunk issue on a FPBX setup.

Dan was personable, professional and knowledgeable. This is very refreshing to manage support with technologists like Dan. If this is any reflection of HardSoft systems customer support they are certainly a diamond in the rough.
