The best part of garden grove was longer being involved in the farce they called a company. The lack of proper management & competent management from the owners was not great to say the least considering their longevity in the businesses. The employees are the life blood of this business and they continue to prove themselves capable however the buck stops there. Greedy and money hungry attitudes turned this business into a sad representation of the industry..
You guys are crap. I get there was a massive snow fall, but just like the rest of us we had days to prepare.
At Georgian Court Estates most of our sidewalks were not cleared, many parking lots not plowed. Or in my case, ours was partially plowed. But the snow was plowed behind my car, so I could not leave. Luckily I had 2 days off work so it wasn’t a big deal, but by day 3 I was still stuck, and I had to chase someone down to move the snow so I could go to work.
There are many elderly and family that live here, and the amount nothings not cleared is not acceptable and there could have been many injuries with the lack of snow removal... read full review
I am in a wheelchair. I can not leave my house because Garden Grove has done such a terrible job at cleaning up the side walks. All they did was go over it once with the snow blower. And their excuses is always “we’ve had our fair share of winter snow in 4 days” okay; that’s great but it’s also been a week since the last huge snow fall and I still can’t go out. Do better.
