False advertising. Their listing says walk-in in the heading but they deny it on the door sign. Don’t waste your time.

This is NOT “walk-in”. It’s drive here to be told it’s a family dr. Office and I need to make an appointment 2.5 hours from the time I walked in. I was also greeted by a nice urine sample and a building that looks like it has seen its better days. I’m not sure what the rules are when you call it a walk in clinic but personally I don’t think this should be allowed to be in the title. When sick the last thing you want to do is drive 20 mins to experience this. No thanks. went elsewhere.

Dr. Dalia Antoine Rizk provided knowledgeable professionals and compassionate care. The nurses and receptionists are organized. Thank you to the entire team.

Great clinic, and staff. Doctor was awesome. I just hate that a walk-in clinic has to have appointments!! The whole idea of walk-in is to just walk in! Very frustrating, I went in and there were no people waiting for a Doctor, yet I had to book an appointment and come back even though I was in excruciating pain! Clinic time was 5 to 8, I got there approximately 5:30pm. Also the website says nothing about needing an appointment!

Dr. Anjali is great! I have seen her twice as a walk in and she has always been very friendly, informative, and I like that she always asks what I prefer, both in terms of the physical exams, and treatment options. You can tell she is a very caring doctor and likes her patients to make informed decisions. It's rare to find doctors like this, where you don't feel like you're being told to do something, but rather given options, and leave feeling empowered in your own health.

Great service and not too long of a wait. Wish they had better hours

Everyone who works there seems uninterested and don’t like to answer your questions. They don’t care and overall seem lazy. There are days when there’s no doctor and they close early for no reason??

Awful.
Went to get my ear checked out because I have had a reoccurring infection. The doctor proceeded to tell me it wasn’t an infection (keep in mind my ear has been in severe pain for a week) and how she ‘could not’ prescribe me any antibiotics. All she did was flush and that’s it, nothing else (seems like someone wanted to go home early). Told me to wait or go somewhere else that would. Horrible customer service. Horrible care. Horrendous doctor.
DO NOT COME HERE, BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER

this used to be my favourite walk-in clinic in town but one of the new secretaries desperately needs a lesson in customer service skills. I walked into the clinic and waited at the desk to be checked-in/registered and one of the secretaries asked if I had an appointment to which I replied “no, I was hoping to be seen as a walk-in” given that it says walk-in clinic on the front of the building. She then SCOFFED at me and barked back “you’ll have to wait then” …yeah no shit Sherlock, I walked out instead of giving her an earful. This was my first negative experience here but I don’t think I’ll be returning as that was such an unnecessarily rude experience.
