Our sump pump failed this afternoon March 18 2025 and we were using a bucket to drain the sump hole. Called Crawford Plumbing and Ryan came out right away. Had a new pump installed in under an hour. Wow! So friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will definitely call Crawford Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.
Update Dec 3 2025. Pipe was leaking under sink and Crawford plumbing responded within an hour. Kirk came out this time to find a connector with a hairline crack. Fixed it in minutes and he also noticed another pipe without a clamp. Fixed that too. Prices so reasonable. Kirk was also very friendly and got the job done quickly as well as explaining everything. These are my “go-to” guys from now on.
There are moments in life when someone’s kindness leaves you speechless. For me, that person is Sarah, the owner of Portside Salon in Wasaga Beach. While I was getting my hair colored, I shared that my mother had suddenly passed away and that 12 people were staying at my house before the service. I wasn’t even thinking about hair — just sharing my stress. So when Sarah offered to come to my home early Sunday morning to style everyone’s hair, I was completely shocked. It was something I never would have asked for. At 7 AM she arrived, and by 8:30 all 12 of the ladies looked beautiful. Her kindness and generosity took away extra stress for me during such a difficult time. If you’re not 100% happy with your current hairstylist, you really need to see Sarah at Portside Salon. She will never let you down.

I just moved to Wasaga beach in September. I took 2 vehicles for service at Jeff’s Auto. I would like to thank Jeff for the quality work done with integrity and honesty. He never tried to sell me other services for the vehicle. He is straight to the point, no b.s. I have had very sketchy encounters with mechanics in the past when I lived in Brampton. I will recommend Jeff’s to anyone that I come across. I will even recommend family members from the GTA to bring their car for service. Believe me it would be worth the drive. Honesty and integrity matched with quality workmanship is very rare to find in this world. It only took 2 repairs for me to become a forever customer. If anyone doesn’t believe me, they’re welcome to try it for themselves.
Recently, a mature fir tree in our backyard blew down in high winds. The tree fell partially onto our neighbour’s property. I knew to call Adamson Tree Experts for help, as they had previously done excellent work for us. Including removal of four dying ash trees, followed by stump grinding. At a reasonable cost. As for the fallen fir tree, despite my call being late on a Friday afternoon, owner Randy Adamson promptly directed his crew to our property, while the crew was in the midst of heading back to their shop to wind up their work week. Within minutes of my call, the three-man crew arrived, with full equipment. The friendly, experienced team promptly cut the fallen tree into two lengths, removed and chipped each length, with limbs fully intact, with the use of their powerful brush chipper rig. Followed by a thorough clean-up of debris. The job was efficiently completed, from start to finish, within 45 minutes of the crew’s arrival. At a fair cost. I highly recommend Adamson Tree Experts for tree work, based on their exceptional service provided to date.

Dee and Courtney were awesome! Such a friendly and enthusiastic team. Dee was always available to take my calls and listened to all of my concerns. At certain times, there were other trades people overlapping and working in our house at the same time, but Dee and Courtney always made it work and never complained. Even though I changed my mind 3/4 of the way through the job, they never complained and finished on schedule. I would definitely recommend Roll with It to my friends and neighbors. So far the outdoor ceiling fans look great in our lanai. A little cap came off the centerpiece of the fan I will try to put it back myself. I don't think it has anything to do with the manufacturing but perhaps the way it was installed. Not a big deal it still works and I'm still very satisfied with my product.

We had an issue with our electrical baseboard heaters at our cottage and Vytas came over immediately on a Saturday morning to fix the issue even in poor weather conditions. Excellent service and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend Vytas to all my family and friends!
These guys were great from the first assessment and quote through to the completion of the work. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Communication was excellent and they went over what they had done at the end of each day. It was a messy job but they completely cleaned up everything when they were done and were more than happy to make any adjustments that I needed as they worked. Pat built our home in 2010. We couldn’t be more pleased with our house. We have had many compliments from family and friends. When we decided to expand our rear deck, the town engineering inspector asked me who my builder was. When I told him that it was Pat, he said “you couldn’t get any better”. I think that says it all!!
