Went here for the first time today and I was so happy with the service from start to finish, was welcomed at the door and quickly signed in and then sat down to get started, Helen was amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it way better! One of the things I look for when getting my nails done is a very natural look, and oh my did she ever get that perfect! Thank you for a great first experience! I look forward to returning again and again!

My nails are pretty, I just don’t think this particular tech likes me at all for some reason. Every time I have her, she’s short with me because I prefer my nails done a certain way (AND I ALWAYS TIP VERY WELL, REGARDLESS OF THE SERVICE.) but at the end of the pedicure this time, she actually stabbed my foot twice in a row, while poking holes in the plastic liner to drain the foot basin. Since she really doesn’t like working with me, going forward, I need to specifically request to not be put with her… Otherwise, I love this shop. I typically work with either Vicky or Chloe and they are both amazing and never have a bad attitude toward customers. I’m not sure...read full review
