Regretfully this company is not what they say
They charged me $216.11 for diagnostics and then $478 for service guy to go to Barrie and pick up fan board and install it I offered to go pick it up but they said only technician could pick up parts
I was charged $909 for the board when initially they said it was $300 to $1000
The technician installed the new board and gave me the circuit board box. I looked it up on Amazon price was $320. Three times what was charged
I asked Phil Melanson for a break in price but he insisted that he only marked it up $100
He is either mistaken or he should get another supplier that is more reasonable

Great honest service. They went out of their way to make sure I had heat over the weekend until my parts came in on Monday. They dropped off space heaters and checked to make sure my gas fireplace (that we don't use often) was safe to use for the weekend. As promised they were back again Monday afternoon with parts and my furnace was up and running. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
Great prompt service. I appreciated their honesty when it came to the repair options for my furnace and what would be more economical compared to installing a new one. Most companies would push a new install on you to make more money but they got my furnace repaired and got some more time out of it.
