We contacted Darrell from Level Up to renovate two bathrooms and do some additional drywall work. Darrell had useful advice and sent a detailed quote, making adjustments based on our choices.
We were very impressed with the quality of work and the care that was taken of our home during the renovations. It was also very nice to work with a contractor that starts a project when promised, and then works non-stop until it is finished.
The two gentlemen who did most of the work were extremely pleasant to deal with and seemed to work well together.

I spent a complete day driving around to find the best deal on flooring I research when I make purchases to find out where to get the best deals and quality I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to finding a good product for a great deal. I went to a bunch of different places started in midland went to Victoria harbour orillia Barrie then finally wasaga the guy working the store was friendly knowledgeable easy to talk to and pointed me in the right direction of what was on sale I found a better product then I originally looking at he didn’t just try and push a sale he looked and said we have lots in the warehouse the couple days I needed to make sure with the wife that is what she liked and wanted went back paid for my order drove directly to the warehouse to pick it up. I seen the showroom there but would definitely recommend going into the Wasaga store because you can’t beat the service or knowledge of the guy I dealt with behind the counterWill definitely be going there for trim and baseboard as well as lighting when I returnWay better products then Home Depot and Rona wish I could of bought dmx 3 in 1 from them only suggestion I can make for that company

My wife and sister-in-law inherited an old wood frame beachfront cottage with a crumbling foundation. We decided to tear down and rebuild. The only problems we had were dealing with the Conservation Authority to approve the building plans (submitted Nov 2022, approved Oct 2023). As soon as this was done, Pat moved quickly to start the project and get the foundation poured and framing and roof done to contain the building before the winter, allowing interior work to continue in the winter and we got occupancy by July. We live in the Golden Horshoe but met with Pat frequently to go over plans and design choices. He was very good at going over all the steps required. And very patient in dealing with us, especially with 2 families trying to make choices that worked for both of us. During construction, we frequently ran into Terry at the worksite, who also was good at filling us in on what was happening as well. I have worked with builders to add a floor to our first home, to build a second home and an office. I found Pat very professional and easy to reach before during and after construction and ready to deal with any problems. We were very happy with the quality of the final result.
