Our sump pump failed this afternoon March 18 2025 and we were using a bucket to drain the sump hole. Called Crawford Plumbing and Ryan came out right away. Had a new pump installed in under an hour. Wow! So friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will definitely call Crawford Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.
Update Dec 3 2025. Pipe was leaking under sink and Crawford plumbing responded within an hour. Kirk came out this time to find a connector with a hairline crack. Fixed it in minutes and he also noticed another pipe without a clamp. Fixed that too. Prices so reasonable. Kirk was also very friendly and got the job done quickly as well as explaining everything. These are my “go-to” guys from now on.

Austin showed patience and skill in releasing a 'big blue' water filter that had been over-tightened, and showed us how to avoid this in future. During the same visit, he checked over and cleaned out our older sump pump, making sure that it is functioning correctly, without even a hint of sales pressure to buy a new one. I just moved to Wasaga beach in September. I took 2 vehicles for service at Jeff’s Auto. I would like to thank Jeff for the quality work done with integrity and honesty. He never tried to sell me other services for the vehicle. He is straight to the point, no b.s. I have had very sketchy encounters with mechanics in the past when I lived in Brampton. I will recommend Jeff’s to anyone that I come across. I will even recommend family members from the GTA to bring their car for service. Believe me it would be worth the drive. Honesty and integrity matched with quality workmanship is very rare to find in this world. It only took 2 repairs for me to become a forever customer. If anyone doesn’t believe me, they’re welcome to try it for themselves.
Recently, a mature fir tree in our backyard blew down in high winds. The tree fell partially onto our neighbour’s property. I knew to call Adamson Tree Experts for help, as they had previously done excellent work for us. Including removal of four dying ash trees, followed by stump grinding. At a reasonable cost. As for the fallen fir tree, despite my call being late on a Friday afternoon, owner Randy Adamson promptly directed his crew to our property, while the crew was in the midst of heading back to their shop to wind up their work week. Within minutes of my call, the three-man crew arrived, with full equipment. The friendly, experienced team promptly cut the fallen tree into two lengths, removed and chipped each length, with limbs fully intact, with the use of their powerful brush chipper rig. Followed by a thorough clean-up of debris. The job was efficiently completed, from start to finish, within 45 minutes of the crew’s arrival. At a fair cost. I highly recommend Adamson Tree Experts for tree work, based on their exceptional service provided to date.

So far the outdoor ceiling fans look great in our lanai. A little cap came off the centerpiece of the fan I will try to put it back myself. I don't think it has anything to do with the manufacturing but perhaps the way it was installed. Not a big deal it still works and I'm still very satisfied with my product.

These guys were great from the first assessment and quote through to the completion of the work. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Communication was excellent and they went over what they had done at the end of each day.
