I called Steve at Wet Basement Resolutions when I was absolutely desperate to see a nightmare-inducing mess resulting from a kitchen sink drainage issue cleaned up. It couldn't have been a tougher space in which to work — a crawlspace with very little space to move. There was soaked and fallen insulation, assorted filthy debris left by critters past, and a possible bacteria problem from standing pools of water. Brandon and Damien worked on their bellies for an entire week, never once losing their positive attitudes or their sense of humour. See the photos for before and after.
I had a little water in my crawlspace and thought I might have a crack in my foundation. Steve was very helpful on the phone and sent Brandon over to investigate. He identified the problem which ended up being a bit of blockage in my sump pump drain outside. He cleared up the blockage and then inspected the pump area. Resolved all the issues. He was knowledgable and extremely courteous. I immediately recommended them to a friend!
