This was a new custom home build – 2000sq ft bungalow. As for scope of work – DMD strapped and sided the entire exterior of the home and completed all soffit, fascia, eaves and flashing.
What can we say – if we could give a 10 star rating we would. Let me first say we are not new to building and finishing homes as we build a number of them. DMD recently completed a large exterior renovation project at our house. Tyler and Kevin worked efficiently to remove our old stucco exterior, increase our insulation, and install new board and batten siding, soffits, fascia and eavestroughs. During our initial inquiry, site visit, and quotes, Tyler took the time to explain everything to us in detail and even make recommendations about style and colours.
